California man charged in assault of officer
A California man is facing charges after police allege he assaulted an officer during an incident in California April 9.
California police Officer David Kimball said Blaise Mark Szekeres, 31, of 128 Wood St. was charged with aggravated assault of a police officer, simple assault, harassment, resisting arrest, terroristic threats, criminal mischief and three counts of disorderly conduct.
According to Kimball, the incident occurred when he responded to the Brodak Apartments in California for a report of a man throwing items into the hallway at the apartment building early on April 9.
