Moratorium sought on small games of chance law

A number of state lawmakers from southwestern Pennsylvania led by state Rep. Peter J. Daley, D-California, are calling for Gov. Tom Corbett to declare a moratorium on the implementation of the new small games of chance law.

Daley said the moratorium is needed if volunteer fire departments and veterans organizations are to stay in business while the legislature works to revise the law.
