The Uniontown zoning hearing board on Thursday continued a hearing due to a lack of a quorum for a special exception for a tattoo shop to 5:15 p.m. Nov. 15.

The applicant, Joshua White, is seeking a special exception to open a tattoo shop at 156 B Morgantown St., which is zoned local business district.
