Rape trial begins for Uniontown man

1 min read

A 21-year-old mentally challenged woman testified Tuesday that a former neighbor came into her bedroom when she was sleeping and raped her.

Bill Patrick Greene Jr., 19, of Uniontown is on trial in Fayette County Court for rape of a mentally challenged person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and terroristic threats.

The Uniontown woman told a jury of three women and nine men that she woke up to Greene having intercourse with her, and then told them that he forced her to perform a sex act on him by threatening to kill her.

The HeraldStandard.com does not identify alleged victims in sexual assault cases.
