Melvin Eugene Stell, 65, of Washington, Pa., a native of Point Marion, Pa., died Sunday, September 2, 2012.

The family will receive friends in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion today from 11-1. A Blessing Service will begin at 1:00 p.m., with Interment following in the Little Arlington Section of Evergreen Memorial Park. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside by the Point Marion Veterans Posts.
