A Brownsville man was acquitted of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault in Fayette County Court following a jury trial during the September criminal court term.

Travis Lavar Frye, 35, was charged by state police following an alleged incident in Brownsville on Aug. 12, 2011.

The trial was held before President Judge Gerald R. Solomon.

Other verdicts rendered this week include:

Frank David Seper, 22, of Ronco was convicted of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief in connection with a break in that occurred in German Township on Aug. 26, 2011.

Judge John F. Wagner Jr. will sentence him at a later date.

Sandra Eden Cole, 38, of Uniontown was convicted of retail theft for stealing items from a South Union Township store on Oct. 14.

Judge Nancy D. Vernon will sentence her a later date.

Roger Dale Hall, 46, of Dunbar was convicted of receiving stolen property in connection with an incident in Dunbar on Dec. 29, 2010.

Solomon will sentence him at a later date.

Michael Price, 48, of Dawson was convicted of attempting to fraudulently acquire a controlled substance and forgery relating to an alleged incident at a pharmacy in Bullskin Township on Sept. 15, 2011.

Judge Ralph C. Warman will sentence him at a later date.
