GEORGES TWP. — Georges Township supervisors on Tuesday scheduled a fall cleanup time between Oct. 1 and Oct. 5.

Tires, batteries, car parts and construction materials are prohibited. Residents should place unwanted items out with their trash for curbside pick-up.

“This cleanup helps us keep a lot of debris off township roads,” said supervisors Chairman Frank Churby.

In other business, the supervisors approved an agreement to have the township’s cable franchise agreement with Atlantic Broadband Cable reviewed.
