Danny Edward Seneri
Danny Edward Seneri, age 67, of Masontown, Pa., passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at his home.
He was born in Masontown, Pa., on July 5, 1945 the son of the late Chero Seneri and Antoinette (Forgen) Seneri.
He was a graduate of Albert Gallatin High School, Class of 1963 and served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Before retiring, Danny was employed as a Mechanic at the Gateway Mine in Greene County, Pa.
He was a member of All Saints Roman Catholic Church, lifetime member of The Italian Club where he served as President and also Trustee, and member of the Pal’s Club, American Legion Post 423 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4584 all in Masontown, Pa.
Danny loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his dogs, Brady and Sammy.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Ann (Suba) Seneri, and son, Danny E. Seneri of Masontown, Pa.; sisters and brothers: Vivian (George) McDermot, Carol Catalano, Barry (Lois) Seneri, Debby (David) Chellini, Cathy (Bob) Guthrie, Janet Seneri and Anthony (Carol) Seneri; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws; and many dear friends
Friends will be received in ALL SAINTS ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 101 West Church Ave., Masontown on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 9 a.m. A Memorial Mass will follow at 10 a.m. with Father John M. Butler as Celebrant.
Interment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Masontown, where Military Rites will be accorded by the Masontown Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4584 and the American Legion Post 423.
