In clarifying comments by Fayette County Commissioner Angela M. Zimmerlink in an article published Wednesday regarding the possible revenue sources to purchase the $7.5 million communication system for Fayette County Emergency Management Agency, she added that while the Marcellus shale impact fee and a bond issue could be potential sources, she would not support them to pay for the system.
