Busy end to summer at Fayette TV
Have you been in denial about the end of summer? You’re not the only one, but the first frost of the year last week left no doubt that autumn is here to stay.
Fayette TV takes one last look back at summer with the “Taste of the Italian Heritage Festival” special Friday at 10 p.m.
Join Mario Porreca, house chef from Going Live with FCTV, and his friend and fellow connoisseur Ryan as they get the “dish” on great Italian cuisine from several of the festival’s talented food vendors.
Thank you to the Italian Heritage Festival Committee, and a special thanks to the program’s executive producer, Taylor Hackley (a California University of Pennsylvania grad and former AGTV participant), for making the broadcast possible.
While Mario had the opportunity to enjoy the role of food critic at the festival, he was in full “chef mode” at the Business After Hours open house hosted last week by Fayette TV, Coordinated 360 and the Uniontown Lions Club, in conjunction with the Fayette Chamber of Commerce.
Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy several cooking demonstrations from Chef Mario and to learn about his cookbook, “The Good… The Bad… The Cookbook.”
The monthly Business After Hours socials represent one of the benefits of membership in the Fayette Chamber, and we appreciated the chance to share conversations with so many business leaders.
Fayette TV is a proud supporter of our region’s businesses, large and small, and we’re always open to new partnerships.
If you represent a local business, contact us and let’s talk about how we can grow together, while growing our community. The same offer stands for those looking to promote upcoming local events.
Speaking of events, if you missed Chef Mario at our open house, join him and the “Going Live with FCTV” crew as our arts and entertainment show returns to heavy rotation for the fall. Details soon! Have a great week.
