Joanne Puskar Berisko, age 78, of Uniontown, Pa. passed away Thursday afternoon, March 28, 2013 in the Uniontown Hospital surrounded by her loving nieces. 

Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., on Tuesday morning until 9:30 a.m. when Blessing Service will be held. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Father Stephen R. Bugay as Celebrant.

Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
