Julie Friend Applause

The Uniontown-Chestnut Ridge Rotary Club has named Julie Friend of Markleysburg, a senior at Uniontown Area High School, as a February Student of the Month.

A daughter of Doug and Gina Friend, she is undecided about her post secondary plans.

Friend’s activity involvement in school includes cross country, track and National Honor Society.
