Uniontown police probe shots fired

Uniontown police said they are investigating after they responded to four separate reports of shots fired in Uniontown Wednesday night.

Officers said they first responded to a report of shots fired shortly after 10 a.m. on Farragut Street.

During the next 90 minutes, officers said they responded to three additional calls regarding gunfire – two in Pershing Court and a second report from the area of Farragut Street.

Police said that in at least one of the instances, officers were able to recover shell casings at the scene.

Police said the incidents remain under investigation.
