Andrew Salopek Jr.
Andrew Salopek Jr., age 69, Lemont Furnace, Pa., passed away Friday, April 12th, 2013 at the Uniontown Hospital.
Andrew was born in Masontown, Pa., on Sunday, February 6, 1944 the son of Andrew Salopek and Anna (Burchianti) Salopek.
Andrew was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Barbara (Norris) Salopek; and a sister, Louella Visnich.
He is survived by two sons: Andrew Salopek and Michael Salopek; a sister, Loraine Halgash of Ohio; girlfriend, Christine Smarslok of Lemont Furnace, Pa.; his former wife, Rose Salopek of Hopwood, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401 on Monday, April 15, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m.
A Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Dale Rexrode officiating.
Interment will be private.
