Gerald G. ‘Pete’ Pike. age 68, of Revere, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born June 26, 1944, in Revere, son of the late Gerald V. Pike and Martha (Lint) Pike.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin sons, Gerald Glenn Pike, Jr. and Abraham David Pike; his brother Robert Pike and his sister Mary Ellen ‘Peggy’ Pike.

Pete was a former employee of U.S. Steel Duquesne Works and was retired from Gerome Electric.

He is survived by his wife Malinda (Newcomer) Pike; his daughter Terri Green and husband Charles of Niles, Ohio; his son, Ryan Pike and fiancee’ Crystal of Revere; his daughter Regina Corbett of Iowa; grandchildren: Corey Pike and fiancee’ Joshua Yoder, Abigail Green, Jacob and Derek Corbett; two sisters, Virginia Halbrook and husband Harry of Aliquippa and Betty Pike of Revere and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, April 19, 2013 until 1 p.m., the hour of service with Rev. Roland M. O’Brien officiating.

Interment will follow in Jacobs Lutheran Cemetery, Masontown.
