Peggy L. ‘Peg’ Digga
Peggy L. ‘Peg’ Digga, age 85, Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Saturday April 27, 2013. She was born on September 27, 1927 in Uniontown, Pa., the daughter of Hazel ‘Boal’ Landman.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and two sisters, Ann Malone and Mary Alice Palavin.
‘Peg’ was a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown, Pa.
Left to cherish her memory are: her loving husband of 63 years, Anthony Digga, children: Anthony Digga Jr., and Terrie Brooks and her husband Bernard; four grandchildren: Chad Digga and wife Stacey, Jarred Brooks, Greg Brooks, Tyler Brooks; great granddaughter, Madison Brooks; and her sister, Janice Reckard.
Friends will be received in STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown PA 15401 on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 8 until 9:15 a.m. when the Prayers of Transfer will be said.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Old Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown, Pa., with Rev. Father Ronald L. Simboli as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery Hopwood, Pa.
