Township supervisors waive voter fraud charges

CONNELLSVILLE – All three Bullskin Township supervisors, facing allegations they committed voter fraud during the 2011 general election, waived the charges against them to court.

Supervisors Walter “Deb” Wiltrout, Thomas Scott Keefer and William Geary are charged with violating state election code and Geary and Keefer also face charges accusing them of conspiring to do so.

The men waived the charges against them to Fayette County Court at a preliminary hearing today before Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Haggerty Jr.
