Ruffsdale man killed in crash
State police said a 28-year-old Ruffsdale man died when the pickup truck he was driving and a tractor-trailer collided in East Huntingdon Township early Tuesday.
Joshua Overly was killed when his 2006 Dodge pickup truck collided with a 2008 Volvo tractor-trailer driven by Thomas Brown of Chicago, Ill.
Police said the crash occurred at 2 a.m. on Route 31 at the intersection of Hockey Road. Investigators said Overly was traveling at a high rate of speed when he struck the trailer of the truck.
Police said Overly was not wearing a seat belt.
