Vincent D. ‘Peeper’ Glisan, age 54, of Confluence Pa., passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 in Latrobe Hospital.

He was born March 14, 1959 in Uniontown, Pa., son of Dorothy (Thomas) Glisan of Markleysburg, Pa., and the now late Donald R. Glisan Sr.

‘Peeper’ had been employed for many years with Robert Ravenscraft in Farmington and with Sam Hall, Confluence, Pa

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce E. Glisan.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a son, Bradley Glisan and wife Sofia serving in United States Navy stationed in England; grandson Jacob Glisan; six brothers: Daniel R. Glisan and his Kim of Front Royal, Virginia, Jerry L. Glisan, Donald R. Glisan Jr., David Glisan and wife Dorothy, Barry W. ‘Huck’ Glisan and wife Suzanne, and Joseph L. ‘Lance’ Glisan and wife Cheryl all of Markleysburg, Pa.; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, Pa., today, December 22, until 1 p.m., the hour of the Service. Pastor David Herring will officiate.

Interment is private.

Visitation was also held Saturday, December 21, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m
