Kelly Darlene (Martin) Thomas, age 50, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday morning, December 27, 2013 in the Uniontown Hospital.

Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., this morning until 9:30 a.m. when Parting Prayers will be said.

Divine Liturgy will follow at 10 a.m. in the Saint George Maronite Catholic Church with Rev. Father Sami Chaaya as Celebrant.

Interment follows in Thompson Cemetery, Hopwood, Pa.

Due to the fact that Kelly was a heart transplant recipient, donations can be made in her memory to the American Heart Association.
