Golf course vandalism probed
State police said they are investigating after someone used an all-terrain vehicle to damage five greens at the Uniontown Country Club golf course.
Trooper Lucas T. Borkowski said the greens at the course located at 25 Bailey Lane in South Union Township were damaged sometime between 5 p.m. Dec. 23 and 7 p.m. Friday.
The suspects drove in circles and caused the turf to be destroyed. He said that three of the greens will need to be replaced entirely, noting that repairs are estimated at $10,000.
