An Arona man is facing multiple charges after police allege he tried to pass a fraudulent prescription at a pharmacy in Uniontown on Saturday.
Uniontown police Lt. Thomas Kolencik said Michael Anthony Sanfratello Jr., 23, of 3441 W. Newton St. was charged with criminal attempt to possess a controlled substance, forgery and identity theft.
