Millicent I. (Shaw) Francis, age 61, of Hiller, Pa., passed away Monday January 28 in the West Penn Hospice in Pittsburgh, Pa. 

She is survived by her husband, Brad Francis, Jr.; children, Brian Francis and Bethany Baldwin (Curtis); her mother, Helen Shaw and a brother, William Shaw and a host of other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are incomplete and have been entrusted to the LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 E. Main St., Uniontown, Pa.
