Delores J. Clark McCormick, 78, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Monday January 28, 2013 at her residence with her loving family at her side following a long courageous battle with cancer.  She was born September 21, 1934 in Amend, Pa., a daughter of the late James Clark and Nellie Fike Clark.

Also preceding her in death were a sister, Garnet Wooden and a brother, Harold Clark.

Surviving are four children: Debbie Braddee and fiancé, Calvin Dziedzicki, of Uniontown, Brenda Sapic and husband, George, of Fairchance, Vicki Fabrycki and fiancé, Dominic Defino, of Masontown and Robert McCormick and fiancé, Lori Mummert, of Carmichaels, 5 grandchildren: Jason Braddee, George Sapic, Jr. and Kristi Sapic, Melissa Myers and Robert McCormick, Jr., 9 great-grandchildren, a sister, Margaret Childs of Uniontown and her beloved dog, Shadow.

Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave. Uniontown, Pa. on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Lesher officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
