David Lee Hudock, age 71 years, of Atlanta, Georgia and formerly of Smithfield, Pennsylvania passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Emeritus Senior Living at Vinings in Atlanta, Georgia.

He was born in Fayette County, Pennsylvania on September 2, 1931 son of the now late Anthony Hudock and Theressa (Maraugha) Hudock.

David was a Roman Catholic by faith and belonged to the Saint Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in Atlanta.

He was a retired Auto Worker for the Ford Motor Company in Chicago, Illinois and belonged to the local Auto Workers Union there.

He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served from 1963 to 1966 with the 15th Artillery, 7th Batallion as a Mechanic in Battery Maintenance Section at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

He is survived by one daughter, Darla Hudock of Fayetteville, North Carolina; two sisters: Nancy Brown and Thresa Wolfinger; one nephew and three nieces.

Family will receive Friends in the JOHN F. BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, Pa., on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Monday, June 10, 2013 until 9:30 a.m. when short Prayers will be said.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in the Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Fairchance, with the Rev. Father Andrew M. Kawecki as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery Fairchance, Pa.

Parish Wake Service will be held in Funeral Home on Sunday at 7:45.
