Police capture man wanted in shooting
Uniontown City Police arrested a Uniontown man Sunday on charges stemming from a March shooting on East Main Street.
Police charged Daryl M. Truley, 22, with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and firearms not to be carried without a license.
Police said Truley’s bond was set at $100,000 straight cash and he is being held in Fayette County Prison.
Police said Truley allegedly shot Lorain Williams March 16 in the right elbow with the bullet passing through the lower left part of his abdomen into his left thigh and causing serious injury to his arm.
