Mary Ellen (Stout) Brown
The gates of heaven opened to receive a new angel, Mary Ellen (Stout) Brown, age 66, on Friday, June 7, 2013.
Born in Beckley, West Virginia on January 14, 1946, the daughter of the late Robert Stout and Velma (Hawkins) Stout, she passed away in the home she shared with her loving companion, Rick Richie in Dilliner.
She was kind, generous fun loving, and never saw a stranger.
She loved to spend time with her special friends at Bingo.
Mary had an infectious laugh and was loved by everyone who knew her. She will truly be missed and her memory will live on in all our hearts.
In addition to Rick, surviving are three children: Crystal (Tom) Deavers of Fairmont, West Virginia, Kelly Pendland of Pittsburgh, Pa., Philip Pierson of Barnesville, Ohio; step children: Cliff Brown, Kenny (Carol) Brown Jr., Brian Smith, Tina (Keith) Sutton, Sherrie Murray; grandchildren: Annie, Haylee, and Claudia Brown, Corey, Brock and Samantha Pierson, Jonathan Wiley, Ethan Pendland, David, Kayla and Courtney Yanak, Kileigh Smith; and a great-grandson, Cayden Smitley. Also surviving are her sister, Elaine (Jerry) Williams of Dilliner; two brothers: Tom Stout of Westover, West Virginia, Darius Stout of Huffman, Texas; a nephew, Michael Kukuchka; and a niece, Marsha Kukuchka.
Friends will be received in RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion, Pa., on Tuesday, June 11, from 11 a.m. until the hour of Funeral Services at 3 p.m. with Rev. Fred Tomlinson officiating.
