Robert Bailey, 82, of Windsor, Ohio, passed peacefully Thursday, June 8, 2013 at his home.

His parents are the late John J. and Anna Bailey of Palmer, Pa.

He will be missed by his wife of 55 years, Marcelene (Gates); a daughter, Karen (Lowell) Ruple and a son, Bob Bailey; 7 grandchildren; his sister, Evelyn Boyle and many relatives and friends.
