Wilbur B. ‘Web’ Moser, age 86, formerly of Fairchance, Pa., died Saturday , March 16, 2013 at Popovich Nursing Home in McClellandtown, Pa.

He was born December 21, 1926 in Fairchance a son of John Calvin and Ada Bell Wilson Moser.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Mae Walls Moser; brothers, Woodrow, John, Albert, Ira and Harry; sisters: Violet Reed Cunningham Hughes, Gladys Haid, Dorothy Mae Stillwagon Yanek, Thelma Jeanette Hensel and Ninnette Moser.

Web is survived by his three children: Marsha Jo Moser Lewis of Uniontown, Pa., Kathy Sue Heintzelman of Fairchance, Pa. and Mark Jerome Moser Sr.; four grandchildren: Mark J. Moser Jr., Robert Joseph Moser, Samantha Cristy Moser and Susan Marie Heintzelman and several nieces and nephews.

Web served his country in Germany during World War II. He was employed by U. S. Steel for 29 years working at National Tube, McKeesport, Pa., Dorothy Six, Duquesne, Pa. and Homestead Works, Homestead, Pa.

Web’s professional funeral services have been entrusted to the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE, INC., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA 15436, Phone: 724-564-2010, John M. Fabry, Supervisor.

A Memorial Service followed by interment will take place at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa. at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013. Military Rites and Honors will be accorded by the George C. Marshall AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood, Pa. Web’s funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 12:30 p.m.
