Jeff Petrucci, co-owner of Stoney Point Kitchen & Baths in Menallen Township, demonstrates how, with the use of a computer software program, he can design a room to the specifications of the customer and then view the mock-up on the monitor display behind him.

MENALLEN TWP. — Mike Rogers and Jeff Petrucci said their new business, Stoney Point Kitchens & Baths, is a one-stop shop for home remodeling.

Rogers uses computer imaging and a 50-inch TV in their showroom to show customers exactly how the style, colors and materials they choose will look when the work is done.

“If you dream it, we’ll design it and build it,” Rogers said.

“He clicks it and turns it into a picture,” Petrucci said. “Seeing what your getting makes a big difference.”

They and their employees do all the work themselves, including electrical and plumbing. They said they take pride in their work and buy materials and products from local suppliers.

“It’s a one-stop shop. You’re not dealing with a bunch of different contractors. We’ll take care of everything from start to finish,” Petrucci said.

They said they don’t overbook themselves and make sure each project is completely finished before moving on to the next one.

“We take pride in quality work. Customers are welcome to watch us work,” Rogers said. “When we complete a job, there’s no punch list. No doors need adjusted. No molding needs fixed. If you do your job right, there’s no punch list.”

Their business name suggests they work only on kitchens and bathrooms, which they say are the most challenging rooms to remodel, but they can spruce up any room.

“If you can handle a kitchen or bath, you can handle anything,” Petrucci said.

They believe customers will like a new product that can be used anywhere in a home, Stack-N-Stone manufactured stone siding.

The stone is attached to aluminum flashing that is screwed into walls in overlapping layers similar to how shingles are laid on a roof. A finished wall appeared to be made of stone built by a mason.

Rogers said 1,000 feet of Stack-N-Stone can go up in one day and it is half the cost of natural stone.

Homeowners can install it themselves.

“If you can use a screw gun and a level, you can do it yourself,” Rogers said.

Bamboo flooring is another product they feature.

“It’s the hardest wood in the world,” Petrucci said.

Rogers said pets can’t scratch bamboo flooring, which comes with a 50-year warranty.

It also is a green product. Produced on farms, bamboo trees grow 30 to 40 feet tall in four years, he said.
