Alice V. Miller George, age 84, Uniontown, Pa., passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in the Uniontown Hospital.

She was born October 18, 1928 in Jamison, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of Arthur Miller and Clara Alice (Spiker) Miller.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents; and these brothers and sisters: Charles Freeman Miller, Leroy Miller, Lula Miller, Karl Miller, Hazel Walker, Freda Ealy and Delcie Roach.

Surviving are children: James George of Pittsburgh, Pa., Joyce Mari of Albermarle, North Carolina, Gary Lee George at home; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sisters: Amy Grathwol of Twinsboro, Ohio, Gladys Miller of Uniontown, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa., today, May 31, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, June 1, until 10 a.m., the hour of the Service. Pastor Charles Thomas will officiate.

Interment will follow Mountainview Memorial Park, Brownfield, Pa.
