John Joseph Evans, age 76, of Uniontown, Pa. died peacefully at home on Thursday, November 14, 2013 surrounded by his loving family

Friends will be received at STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown Pa., today, November 18, 2013 from 9 until 10 a.m. A Blessing Service will be held at 10 a.m. in Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Father James W. Clark officiating.

Private interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa
