The Mountain Weatherman: Cool Down Coming
Yesterday was another great fall day with temperatures well above our normal just as it’s been for most of this month. The high yesterday was 69, the overnight low 47 and at 7AM we were 49 degrees under partly cloudy skies. There was no precipitation. Mild today as a cold front in central Ohio is just about to spread some rain into our area this morning then we’ll dry out for a bit with another line of showers and maybe even a thunderstorm when the cold front pushes through later this afternoon. Our stretch of above normal temperatures ends today as we cool down to below normal tomorrow with some afternoon showers. It’s looking like we’ll stay on the chilly side through the end of October and we may even see our first flakes of snow here towards the end of next week.
