Uniontown police probe robbery at pizza shop

Two men armed with guns and with bandanas covering their faces robbed a pizza shop in Uniontown Tuesday night.

Uniontown police said the robbery occurred at 9:16 p.m. at Michael Maria’s Pizza on East Fayette Street.

According to officers, a store employee heard a rear door “burst open” and then saw the men enter the building, already brandishing handguns.
