Fay-Penn hosting small business workshop
Fay-Penn Economic Development Council will host a workshop about starting small businesses at its office at 1040 Eberly Way in Lemont Furnace from 10 a.m. to noon Friday.
St. Vincent College’s Small Business Development Center in Latrobe is conducting the program “The First Step to Small Business Success.” Topics will include lifestyle requirements for small business owners, assessing business ideas, business organization structures, developing a business plan, obtaining financing, marketing and licenses.
