Shane D. Lee, age 21, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2012.

He was born in Uniontown on October 24, 1991, the son of David L. and Kathy L. Metz Lee.

He is survived by his parents; a son, Tobias W. Lee; a fiance, Samantha Elwell; a sister, Crystal and her husband, Chad King of Brownsville, Pa.; maternal grandmother, Darlyn Evans; paternal grandfather, Lester Lee and paternal grandmother, Patricia Lee; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa.
