Angela Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene by Fayette County Deputy Coroner Jessie Camilli. Thomas’ daughter, Myah Worley, died at UPMC-Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh later Wednesday.

Camilli said that an autopsy performed late Wednesday by forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht revealed that Thomas died from “blunt force trauma” injuries suffered in the crash. No further details from the autopsy were revealed.
