Blanche J. Kowalczyk Meosky
Blanche J. Kowalczyk Meosky, age 89 of Brownfield, Pa. passed away on Tuesday afternoon, September 24, 2013 in the Washington Hospital Hospice.
Born July 26, 1924 in Uniontown, Pa, she was the daughter of the late George Kowalczyk and Agnes Kowalczyk.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband John J. Meosky and brothers: Stanley, Frank and John and sisters: Mary Kowalczyk Miscik, Ann Kowalczyk, Rose Kowalczyk and Helen Kowalczyk.
Blanche was a member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius R.C. Church, Fairchance, Pa.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Anthony Miscik and wife Lorraine, Lorraine Barchetti, Debra Rosso and husband Lou, Sandra Eble and husband Joe, Joanne Marian and husband James, Karen Hughes and husband Mark, Mary Jane Kowalczyk and Marcella Miscik and many great nieces and great nephews.
Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Ave., Uniontown on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning (time to be announced). A Funeral Mass will be held in Ss. Cyril and Methodius R.C. Church.
Entombment follows in Mt. Macrina Cemetery.
