Mildred Quinn Franks, age 96, Perryopolis, Pa., passed away at her home Friday, March 27, 2014.

Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME INC., 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa., today April 1, from 12 Noon to 2 p.m., the time of the Service. Rev. Melissa Snyder will officiate.

Interment will follow in Mount Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis.
