The Mountain Weatherman: March Goes Out Like a Lamb
March went out like a lamb yesterday and that made for a perfect opening day for the Pirates and an even better one after Neil walkers walk off 10th inning hone run. Then high yesterday was 55,the overnight low 27 and at 7AM we were 28 degrees under partly cloudy skies. There was no precipitation and all of Sundays snow has quickly disappeared except in the shadiest areas. We’ll have increasing clouds this morning as a weak cold front approaches and that could touch off a couple of showers later this morning and afternoon. The front will stall out just south of us and that will keep us mild with chances for showers around for the next few days.
