Fayette County Court sentences

The following sentences were recently handed down in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance to the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the interlock program.

President Judge John F. Wagner Jr.

Prince Laison Stallworth, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Melvin Jones, 40, of Connellsville was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for aggravated indecent assault.

Craig Randolph Keener, 41, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in prison for DUI.

Janice Marie Jaquay, 37, of Dunbar was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for DUI. She was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Jason Seth Stewart, 46, of Connellsville was sentenced to 3 ½ to seven years for flight to avoid apprehension. In a second case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In a third case, he was sentenced to 3 ½ to seven years in prison for receiving stolen property. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In a fifth case, he was sentenced to 3 ½ to seven years for theft by unlawful taking. In a sixth case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In a seventh case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In an eighth case, he was sentenced to 3 ½ to seven years in prison for theft by unlawful taking. In a ninth case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In a 10th case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In an 11th case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary. In a 12th case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for burglary.

David A. Mauser, 52, of Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property.

Robin M. Mansberry, 52, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. In a second case, she was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

Robert Miller, 45, of Connellsville was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in prison for DUI.

Daniel A. Shaffer, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with four months electronic monitoring for unlawful restraint.

Mark Anthony Burnett, 19, of Newell was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for burglary.

Tracy L. Mattie, 50, of Brownsville was sentenced to two years probation for theft by deception.

James Mark Patsfield III, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Joelle Nicole O’Neal, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

John William Hibbard III, 38, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI. In a second case, he was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Matthew Von Kerik, 22, of Newell was sentenced to one to two years in prison for burglary. In a second case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

Judge Nancy D. Vernon

Matthew Allan Liptock, 29, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to 24 months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to six months in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

John Henry Murphy Jr., 45, of Leisenring was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Jeffrey A. Cricks, 26, of Newburg, W.Va., was sentenced to one to two years in prison for fleeing or attempting to elude police. In a second case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for retail theft. In a third case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for retail theft. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for retail theft.

Roger Lee Burnworth III, 27, of Fairchance was sentenced to four to 23 months in prison for retail theft.

Allen Jerome Williams, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to 30 months to seven years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Roger Lee Adams Jr., 40, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for simple assault.

Lawrence Serratta, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to 11 ½ to 23 months in prison for robbery.

Jonie Lee Hall, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

Melissa Dawn Strosnider, 27, of McClellandtown was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Harry J. Pierce, 59, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Franklin Donald Whipkey, 31, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for simple assault. In a second case, he was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for identity theft.

Matthew Hudson, 32, of Smock was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days intermediate punishment for driving with a suspended license while DUI. In a second case, he was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment for DUI.

Ronald James Bailey, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for retail theft.

Elizabeth Mason, 30, of West Leisenring was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with three months electronic monitoring, for endangering the welfare of children.

Nicole Marie Martin, 26, Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance. In a second case, she was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dylan Matthew Kirgan, 22, of Rogersville was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Stephanie A. Workman, 36, of Markleysburg was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jenna Shay Boyd, 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Shannon Lynn Kurnik, 37, of Charleroi was sentenced to 36 months intermediate punishment, with 18 months electronic monitoring, for criminal attempt. In a second case, the defendant was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for forgery.

Robert Allen Harris II, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with four months electronic monitoring, for resisting arrest.

Deborah June Lohr, 49, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Amanda Lee Campbell, 23, of Oliver was sentenced to one year probation for firearm ownership-duty of other persons.

Paul E. Bates Jr., 42, of Ohiopyle was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 10 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Phillip John Miscovich, 51, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI.

He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Travis King, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to four to 11 ? months in prison for possession of a controlled substance. He was also sentenced to four to 11 ? months in prison for possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, he was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for burglary.

Brian Robert Kelly, 20, of Brownsville was sentenced to 11 ? to 23 months in prison for burglary.

Adam Rhett Chronister, 24, of Smithfield was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for retail theft.

Brian Michael Cummings, 28, of Smithfield was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Terrance Harris, 40, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 30 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Gary Lee Ashby Jr., 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Ronald Tracy Kinney Jr., 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine days to 23 months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Ross Collin Wise, 31, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to 30 days to six months in prison for DUI.

Ronald L. Williams, 53, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in prison for DUI.

Frank Charles Magnone, 21, of Smithton was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Cassie Lynn Darrell, 30, of Star Junction was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Johnny Paul Paroda, 48, of Masontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

He was also sentenced to 30 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.
