Ruth A. (Kermish) Sisler
Ruth A. (Kermish) Sisler, age 78, Uniontown Pa., passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014 in Laurel Ridge Center.
Ruth was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., Tuesday, May 7, 1935 the daughter of Steve J. Kermish and step-mother Mary Ellen Kermish.
Ruth was a member of Saint Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her father; her sons, David D. Sisler and Stephen Sisler; and a sister, Mildred Walkos.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Dwight M. Sisler; her children: Richard Sisler and his wife B e r n a d e t t e of Winchester, Virginia and a daughter-in-law, Bobbi Jo Abraham-Sisler; ten grandchildren: Jeremiah and wife Susan, Kendall, A d a m, B r a n d o n, Christina, Katelynn, Maria, Mary, Lily, Sarah; two great grandchildren: Natalie and Noah; sister Evelyn Wishnie of New Jersey; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the THOMAS M DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401 Wednesday April 16, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at which time a Blessing Service will be held.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 Noon in Saint Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, Mill Street, with Monsignor Michael W. Matusak, V.F., Pastor, as Celebrant.
Private interment.
