Margaret A. Scarcitelli Dursa, age 84, fell asleep in the Lord on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Sea Breeze Nursing Center Panama City, Florida.

May her Memory be Eternal!

Margaret was born in Scottdale, Pennsylvania Tuesday, March 4, 1930 the daughter of Antonio Scarcitelli and Lucy (Comforti) Scarcitelli.

Margaret grew up in an Italian Home on Walnut Street in Uniontown, Pa.

She graduated from Uniontown High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh.

Margaret was a devout and active member of Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George B. Dursa Sr.; and four brothers: John Scarcitelli Samuel Scarcitelli, Albert Scarcitelli and James Scarcitelli.

Margaret was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Margaret is survived by a son, Rev. Father George Dursa and wife Linda of Panama City, Florida; a daughter, Antonia Lynn Dursa of Connellsville, Pa.; and grandchildren: Elica, Alexander and Joseph.

Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown PA 15401 Tuesday, April 22, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 until 10 a.m. at which time a Blessing Service will be held.

Divine Liturgy will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John The Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Uniontown.

Interment will follow in Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Cemetery, Hopwood, Pa.

The family asks that donations be made in Margaret’s name to Saint John The Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, 185 East Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.
