Mary (Adamik) Bandzuch, age 95, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania the wife of the late Andrew Bandzuch, and the daughter of the late George Adamik and Mary (Sivak) Adamik, passed away on Sunday, evening November 30, 2014.

Also preceding her in death were her five brothers, George and Margaret, John and Helen, Andrew Adamik, Michael and Dorothy, and Joseph Adamik; and two sisters, Ann and Melvin Kulis, and Helen and Edward Kmetz.

Mary was a member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church in Fairchance, Pa., and also attended Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Church in Uniontown, Pa

She was employed for 25 years with the Michael Berkowitz Shirt Factory in Leith until her retirement.

Mary is survived by her sister, Theresa Petruska with whom she made her home; her very close nephew and niece: Stephen Petruska and Stephanie and Terry Boes and their daughter Makayla; and many other close nieces, nephews and Godchildren.

The family will greet friends and family in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance Pennsylvania on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, December 4, 2014 until 12:30 p.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance, Pa., with Rev. Father Jaime Sullan Ozoa as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery Fairchance Pennsylvania

The family thanks the staff and management of Generations Elder Care and also the Amedisys Hospice for the excellent care given to Mary.

Vigil Service will be held in Funeral Home on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
