Man shot in South Union Twp.
State police are investigating the shooting of a Uniontown man Wednesday morning in South Union Township.
Police responded to a call around 2:35 a.m. from Uniontown Hospital for a report of a man who had been shot. Rodney L. Gallagher Jr., 42, was shot by unknown assailants around 1:28 a.m. in the parking lot of the Caddy Shack Sports Bar on Dixon Boulevard, police said.
Trooper Stefani Lucas, state police, said Wednesday there were no suspects.
Police said Gallagher sustained gunshot wounds to his lower extremities.
Uniontown police said Gallagher was shot three to four times in the legs.
Lucas said his injuries are non-life threatening.
Uniontown Hospital Spokesman Josh Krysak said Gallagher was released Wednesday from the hospital in stable condition.
Police said Gallagher was uncooperative with investigators.

A fire destroyed the bar in September 2011.
Police said the bar caught fire before the establishment was open for business.
According to Cpl. Thomas J. Maher, state police fire marshal, estimated damages to the Caddy Shack were about $400,000.
