Frank A. Dalby
Frank A. Dalby, age 52, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia following an illness of several months.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Sunday, May 13, 1962, he was a son of Charles Dalby, Aliquippa, Pa. and the late Patricia Dalby.
Frank worked in construction all of his life and was a former union member of the construction trades.
He was a member of the Carnegie American Polish Citizens Club and a social member of the American Legion.
In addition to his father he is survived by his wife, Debra (Grable) Dalby; three children: Alisha K. Swarrow of Fredericktown, Pa., Jason M. Swarrow of Charleroi, Pa., and Josh Heeter of Bobtown, Pa.; nine grandchildren; one brother, Michael Dalby and wife Lori of Aleppo, Pa.; and many friends.
The family will receive friends in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion, Pa., on Sunday, July 20th 2014 from 3 to 6 p.m.
