The Wharton Township supervisors approved a conditional-use application from Nemacolin Woodlands Resort’s master development plan for 640 homes and condominiums as it was presented at a meeting last week. The approval did not include a condition that none of the development phases exceeds 40 percent of the total project, which was recommended by the township planning commission.
