Fire destroyed two vacant mobile homes in Wharton Township late Monday.

Fire departments from Farmington, Ohiopyle, Markleysburg, Hopwood, Uniontown and Fairchance responded after it was reported that the vacant homes on Dinner Bell-Five Forks Road were engulfed in flames at 11 p.m., said a 911 shift supervisor.

The owner of the property was not identified. No injuries were reported.
