Carol S. (Weaver) Morgan, age 61, of Point Marion, Pa., died on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at her home, following an illness of several years.

Born in Johnstown, Pa. on Sunday, November 2, 1952, she was a daughter of the late William and JoAnn (Blansett) Weaver

She was owner of, and worked along with her husband at, the Morgan Muffler and Brake Shop in Grafton, West Virginia for many years.

A loving wife and mother, her interests included gardening and birdwatching, as well as quilting and dancing.

Her passion, however, were her six beloved grandchildren: Nathan and Jessica Morgan, M o r g a n and E r i c Lockhufe, and Hayley and Gabriel Morgan.

She is also survived by her husband, Melvin Morgan; three children and their spouses Vernon and Heather Morgan of N e w Columbia, Pa., Tishia and William Lockhufe of Chesterfield, Virginia and Christopher and Betheny Morgan of Point Marion; and six siblings: Edwin Weaver, William Weaver Jr., S h a r o n Seiferman, Connie Stevanus, Patsy Jupin and Judy Elliott all of New Jersey.

Deceased is one brother, Stanley Weaver.

The family will receive friends in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion, Pa today from 7 to 9 p.m., Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, May 31, until 10:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Hubert Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Father Jaime Ozoa as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery New Geneva, Pa. www.herod-rishel.com
