Dolores M. (Upton) Mazurik, age 85, of Little Summit, Fayette County, Pennsylvania died Friday September 5th, 2014 at Mount Saint Macrina Manor, Uniontown.

She was born Tuesday, May 8th, 1928 in Dunbar Township, Pennsylvania the daughter of Harvey Upton and Mary (Clark) Upton both now deceased

Honoring Dolores’ request, there will be no public visitation.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME INC., Dennis N. Heath Jr., Supervisor, 418 North Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville, PA 15425.

Private interment will be held in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
